The Lavonia Housing Authority’s mission is to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing conditions for very low-income families and to manage resources efficiently. The Lavonia Housing Authority is to promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.

Since 1950 our authority has provided affordable housing to families and individuals
throughout Franklin county Georgia. Lavonia Housing Authority offers 180 rental apartments in single dwelling, duplex, triplex and row house configurations
in the cities of Lavonia, Carnesville and Canon, Georgia.
